Kodai Coatings was founded in 2025 by brothers Harrison and Elijah Goodman, lifelong tradesmen with a shared background in high-demand, high-accountability work.

We both began our careers in the oil industry—Elijah at 19 and Harrison at 20—traveling around the United States & Virgin Islands, working in environments where precision, safety, and durability aren’t optional. That experience shaped how we approach our work today: prepare thoroughly, follow proven systems, and do the job right the first time.

Based in Port Charlotte, we bring that same disciplined mindset to epoxy and concrete coating systems for homes and businesses across Southwest Florida, from garages and workshops to commercial and industrial spaces.

We are professionally trained and certified by Xtreme Polishing Systems, the manufacturer of the materials and systems we install. This ensures every floor we coat follows manufacturer specifications for surface preparation, application, and performance—no shortcuts, no guesswork.

At our core, we are a family-run, values-driven business. Our faith guides how we operate, how we treat customers, and how we stand behind our work. We are proud members of the local community and attend New Day Christian Church.
